The deputy editor-in-chief of news portal Agendadaily , Badrul Hisham Abdul Aziz died at the Serdang Hospital at 3.30pm today. He was 53.

His wife Noraini Ahmad, when met by reporters at the hospital’s mortuary, said he had complained of breathing difficulties while at home at around 3pm and was subsequently rushed to the hospital but died on arrival.     

Their son, Ilyas Fadzli, 19, told Bernama that the burial will be held at the Sungai Tangkas Muslim Cemetery in Bangi at 10am tomorrow.

Ilyas also has four other siblings.

Badrul was also a two-term MP for Hulu Langat (1995-2004).
