Tricubes Bhd, the enabler of the 1Malaysia email account, today announced the debut of two initial electronic services on www.myemail.my, based on the Road Transport Department’s (RTD) driving licence and road tax reminder for myemail users.

NONE In a statement today, its chief executive officer Khairun Mokhtar said with this new RTD eService, myemail users would receive reminders two weeks before their driving licence or road tax expired.

“Reminders will be sent via email directly to the user’s myemail inbox as well as via their smartphone for more convenience,” Khairun said.

The RTD reminders from myemail are digital versions of the same sent by the department via physical mail and are free.

Tricubes, which is listed on the ACE Market, is currently working with Bursa Malaysia to facilitate the approval of its regularisation plan submitted on Dec 29, 2011.
