Mubarak team to be Selangor BN polls facilitators
Forty members of the Malaysian Council of Elected Representatives (Mubarak), Selangor branch, have been made facilitators for the Selangor parliamentary and state seats to strengthen the BN election machinery in order to recapture the state in the coming general election.

Selangor Umno liaison deputy chief Noh Omar said the selected Mubarak members would be facilitators for 22 parliamentary and 56 state constituencies, giving advice and helping to solve arising problems in an area.
"These facilitators were appointed by the prime minister, and they as respected party stalwarts, will be like 'fathers' to us, guiding us and helping us solve problems," Noh said after opening the 9 th AGM of the Selangor Mubarak at the state Umno building in Shah Alam today.
Also present were Selangor BN coordinator Mohd Zin Mohamed, Selangor Mubarak chief and former menteri besar Abu Hassan Omar, and another former MB Muhammad Muhd Taib, who was also a regional and rural development minister.
At the AGM, Noh who is agriculture and agro-based industries minister, also handed over the appointment letters to the 40 selected Mubarak members.
He said Mubarak and Selangor BN leaders would work together as a team to strengthen the party's election machinery in facing the 13th general election.
