The state PKR is keen to use the Radio Free Sarawak (RFS) in its campaigns among rural voters in the coming parliamentary election.

Speaking to reporters in Sibu today, he said the station was getting popular among many rural folks now.

"The station is always interviewing many people on issues close to their hearts.

"They speak the truth and we want the truth to be heard and understood.

"They do not speak up for the sake of criticising others," he said.

The party's Lanang division chairperson George Chen too expressed the hope that the station would air programmes in Mandarin soon.
