SUPP: Remove exam fees for Chinese independent schools

The Sarawak United People's Party (SUPP) has proposed that students from Chinese independent schools be exempted from paying examination fees when sitting for the Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) and Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
