Kelantan Menteri Besar Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat who was discharged from the Universiti Sains Malaysia Hospital (HUSM) in Kubang Kerian on Saturday, has been advised by doctors to rest at home.

His senior private secretary Ahmad Shargowi Derahman said the PAS spiritual adviser was not in his office in Kota Darulnaim in Kota Baru and was resting at his home in Pulau Melaka instead.

“There are no official programmes involving the attendance of the menteri besar in the next two days,” he said when contacted by Bernama in Kota Baru yesterday.

Nik Abdul Aziz, 81, was treated at the Coronary Care Unit of the hospital since Wednesday soon after chairing a weekly state exco Meeting in Kota Darulnaim.
