Don't use the same old trick as your president, Dr Chua Sok Lek, who constantly talks about PAS and its hudud laws in the bid to frighten the Chinese. It didn't work in 2008, and it definitely won't work now.

We have grown up and moved on, but MCA has not. With regards to what Wong said, I have seen the Mat Sabu video that Wong referred to.

It was nothing like what Wong said. He is worse than the Umno propaganda machine, Utusan Malaysia , as he twisted the statement out of context.

RL: It is pointless even if 50 percent of the Parliament are Chinese if they are MCA members because MCA is like a dog who will always follow its master, Umno, and will never fight for anyone.

On 'diluting' non-Malay representation, search your souls on what you have done for the Chinese when you had a robust representation in Parliament those years. We have suffered humiliation, innuendos and insults every time Umno needed to placate their parasites.

MCA has chosen to be a silent conspirator. Now that MCA is staring at extinction come GE13, they are suddenly invigorated.

We feared PAS in the past, but given the corrupt regime of which MCA is an abettor, I rather cast my vote for PAS.

By the way, isn't Umno also fishing for Malay votes? At least, PAS does not demonise the Chinese in the process of doing so.

Bad Feng Shui: MCA is still trying to stoke racial fears, just like their Umno masters. As a Chinese Malaysian, I don't care if there are fewer Chinese MPs as long as the elected MPs are trustworthy.

And I trust PAS much, much more then the corrupt and ineffective MCA.

Awtar: I'm a Chinese but I have voted for PAS before and will again vote for PAS in the coming GE13. I would prefer an Islamic state compare to the current corrupt state. I can't wait to see MCA vanish after GE13.

After all, what has BN non-Muslim MPs done in Parliament? They just follow whatever Umno said.

But now that the representation in Parliament has been reduced, so say MCA, the community's voice has begun to be heard. So let's get rid of MCA!

You have MCA members who dare not even open their mouths when the Chinese are being bullied.

On many occasions, PAS has proven themselves less extremist than Umno. Take the ‘Allah' issue - PAS is happy to let the Christians continue to use the term ‘Allah' which they have done so for centuries unlike Umno, whose appeal against the High Court ruling is still pending.

Take the case of the Johor teachers' seminar where Christians have been portrayed as being aggressive when in fact they were being attacked. Did anyone hear a squeak from MCA or for that matter the BN component parties?

Take the Lynas issue, MCA chief Chua Soi Lek was quoted as saying that the demonstration in Kuantan would not achieve anything and look what happened after that? Now MCA is in support of the anti-Lynas campaign.

I have for a long time been of the view that MCA is no longer relevant. Even its former chief, Ong Tee Keat, is of the same view.

Ex-wfw: MCA, you don't seem to get the message from the majority of your community: you have not raise the issue of corruption - the main concern of all the people in the country.

Quigonbond: MCA has certainly flogged the PAS issue to death. DAP's standard retort is: You better discuss with Umno first which is which - we're pulling the strings of PAS, or vice versa?

It cannot be both. Perhaps BN is suffering from bipolar disorder.
