Malaysiakini

will be down from 9am to 1pm on Tuesday morning due to the relocation of the website's servers.

The online news daily is moving its web servers to TMnet's Netmyne datacentre in Cyberjaya.

The relocation is in response to technical problems experienced by some malaysiakini readers, especially those using broadband services.

Over the past few weeks, users of TMnet services, particularly Streamyx, have experienced unstable connections, which have also affected malaysiakini' s ability to upload its reports.
