Several NGOs participated in two peaceful demonstrations here today in protest against Perak PAS deputy commissioner Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin for allegedly having questioned the successful RM520,000 bid by the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar, for the WWW1 car registration number.
