The Malaysian Nambikkai United Front will proceed with their Selangor tour to disseminate information to the Indian community on the various government transformation programmes despite obstruction attempts by certain quarters.

Its president B Kalaivanar was referring to their tour at Kapar last June 23, and Teluk Panglima Garang on July 7, in which some men caused a fracas and uttered death threats to stop them.

“Police managed to maintain order to ensure we could go ahead with the programme,” he told reporters in Kuala Lumpur today.
