The third and last victim of the helicopter crash in Sebuyau, about 150km west of Kuching, Sarawak, on Friday had been found at about 7.40am today.

Sri Aman district police chief Mat Jusoh Mohamad who confirmed this said a group of fishermen found the remains of 42-year-old architect, Henry Loh, near Pulau Tereso, near Sebuyau.

According to Bernama, Mat Jusoh said upon discovery, the body was brought to a nearby rural clinic before being transferred to the Sarawak General Hospital in Kuching.

Meanwhile, scores of local dignitaries gathered at the home of the late Siti Khuzaimah Anuar, 27, a surveyor who also perished in the incident.

Sarawak's Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister, Fatimah Abdullah, Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister's Office, Daud Abdul Rahman and Sng Chee Hua, the chairperson of Sebiro Holding, who owned the ill-fated EC120 helicopter, were among those paying their last respects.

    

Siti Khuzaimah, who had planned to get married this December, would be laid to rest at the Kampung Gita Muslim cemetery here this afternoon.

Apart from her, a 53-year-old engineer, Peter Ato Mayo also died in the crash which occurred while the aircraft was heading towards Nanga Merit in Kapit.

Peter Ato is the vice-chairperson of Sarawak PKR.

The pilot of the aircraft, 35-year-old Rico Steger from Germany, survived the crash. He reportedly swam four hours before reaching the shore.
