Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) chairperson Mohd Zin Mohamed has refused to reveal the cost of the“Sayangi Selangor (Love Selangor)” advertisement campaign which is prominently featured in KTM Komuter coaches and at its stations in the Klang Valley.
