The Makkal Sakti Party, a BN supporter, will hold its fourth national annual general meeting in Teluk Batik near Lumut tomorrow.
The party's secretary-general S Sutager said among its main agenda would be the 13th general election and the upgrading of Tamil schools.
"The agenda would include the 13th general election, and support strategies and campaigns to ensure BN wins," he said when contacted in Ipoh today.
He added that they would also propose for the number of Tamil schools to be increased and fully assisted by the government, and finalise several resolutions.
The party, whose current president is RS Thanenthiran (
left in photo
), has postponed its elections till after the general election, he said.
Perak Menteri Besar Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir is scheduled to open the AGM and about 1,200 delegates are expected to attend the meeting, he said.
