S'wak minister's Arowana missing after break-in
A Golden Arowana pet fish belonging to Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP) president, William Mawan was among the items missing when the party’s headquarters in Kuching was found broken into today.
A Golden Arowana pet fish belonging to Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP) president, William Mawan was among the items missing when the party’s headquarters in Kuching was found broken into today.
The fish was kept inside an aquarium in the president’s room which was located on the first floor of the four-storey building located at Jalan Badruddin.
In addition, several units of desktop computers and some cash were missing after the break-in was discovered at about 8am today by one of the party workers.
A police report was lodged by the staff and several personnel from the CID went to the scene to conduct their investigation.
Mawan (left) , who is also Sarawak social development minister, could not be reached to comment on the case. The party staff members said he was away in Johor.
