Sabah Barisan Nasional (BN) has given Pakatan Rakyat and other opposition parties one month to release their 'shadow cabinet' list.
When making the call, Sabah BN secretary Abdul Rahman Dahlan said it was important for the people of Sabah to see the composition of the cabinet and decide who and from which party, the members of the cabinet are made of.
"It is no secret that there is a major scramble for minister posts among opposition leaders. So, for the benefit of all, the Sabah BN want the opposition to reveal the 'shadow cabinet' quickly.
"The people of Sabah will surely want to access the candidates for posts of ministers," he said during a joint media conference that was also attended by secretary generals and representatives from BN component parties in Sabah at Bangunan Umno, near here today.
Abdul Rahman said Sabah BN would also like to know from which party would they appoint the Sabah Chief Minister because opposition in Beaufort, Tuaran, Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan have their own candidates for the post if the opposition won the next general election.
