Doc: Umno-BN and the Education Ministry of have certainly made Malaysians an international laughing stock.

Imagine going on a trip to a foreign country and a native there asks, where are you from? On saying Malaysia, the native will say; oh yes, the country that is anti-gays and lesbians and has a set of wacky LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transsexual community) guidelines.

I hope the Tourism Ministry will come out with guidelines to help Malaysians respond to such questions.

NGOs Yayasan Guru Malaysia Bhd and Putrajaya Consultative Council of Parents and Teachers Associations, maybe the government should send you guys overseas on a "lawatan sambil belajar" (study) trip to enhance your knowledge on gays and lesbians.
