Prime Minister Najib Razak said the anti-Islamic film, ‘Innocence of Muslims’, and the publication of caricatures which ridiculed Prophet Muhammad in the French magazine, Charlie Hebdo, were an insult to Muslims and should be condemned by leaders worldwide.
