Several areas in Jelebu will experience water supply disruption from 8am to 8pm on Monday (Dec 17) due to pipe repair and replacement works.

Syarikat Air Negri Sembilan Sdn Bhd (Sains) Corporate Services Division chief Azlan Abdul Aziz said the areas to be affected were around Simpang Pertang, including Kampung Putra Air Baning, Kampung Sawah Air Baning, Pertang, Felda Pasoh 1, Pasoh 3, Pasoh 4, and Geylang.

“The temporary closure of the water supply is also to enable the pipes that were affected by the Nov 29 floods to be replaced,” he said in a statement in Seremban today.

Azlan said the water supply would be restored in stages after 8pm the same day.
