The Kelantan government today challenged those who are not happy with the Kota Baru Municipal Council (MPKB) for enforcing its by-laws, including the recent action taken against non-Muslim youths for indecent behaviour in public places, to take the matter to the court.
State Local Government, Tourism and Culture Committee chairperson Takiyuddin Hassan said MPKB would cooperate by providing the necessary documents.
He told this to reporters at a leader with the community programme in Kampung Paya Senang in Kota Baru.
The action against the youths was made under the MPKB Public Parks by-laws 1986.
