Former Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) president Lim Guan Teik has been awarded RM200,000 in damages by the High Court in Kuala Lumpur today over a statement made by a businessman which was published by two Chinese dailies three years ago.
