A group of agitated men set a stalled bus on fire after a motorcyclist, believed to be their friend, was allegedly killed after hitting its rear.

In the 6.40am incident today, the men poured petrol and burned the bus which broke down and left unattended on a road shoulder at Km17 Jalan Besar Ringlet-Sungai Koyan at Kampung Leyar, near Cameron Highlands.
Prior to the incident, M Sarimutu, 40, died at the scene from head injuries when his motorcycle rammed the rear of the bus, said Cameron Highlands police chief DSP Wan Mohd Zahari Wan Busu when contacted.
He said, the victim, a labourer from Batu Gajah, Perak was on his way to work at a construction site in the area when the mishap occurred.
A friend of the victim who saw the accident related it to several other friends, said Wan Mohd Zahari, the police had yet to make any arrest.
