Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah today presented letters of appointment to five judges of the Court of Appeal and four judges of the High Court at the Istana Negara.

The judges of the Court of Appeal are David Wong Dak Wah, Rohana Yusuf, Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat, Mohd Zawawi Salleh and Dr Hamid Sultan Abu Backer.    

The four judges of the High Court are Nik Hasmat Nik Mohamad, Hanipah Farikullah, Ravinthran N Paramaguru and Chew Soo Ho.

Tuanku Abdul Halim granted an audience to the judges.  

Chief Justice Tun Arifin Zakaria, Court of Appeal President Md Raus Sharif, Chief Judge of Malaya Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin and Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Richard Malanjum were also present at the ceremony.
