March 11 hearing for NFC chair's bid to strike out charges
The Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur today fixed March 11 to hear National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFC) executive chairperson Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail’s application to strike out two criminal breach of trust (CBT) charges involving RM49.7 million against him.
