Pakatan to field two 'Baru' in northern Sarawak

), who is Ba'Kelalan assemblyman and state PKR chief is slated for the Limbang parliamentary seat while DAP is planning to name Dr Bob, a 61-year-old dentist for the Lawas parliamentary seat.
It is said that although Bian expressed confidence in winning the seat, political observers expect BN to defend its position.
In the previous general election, Hasbi Habibollah defended the Limbang seat for BN by defeating PKR's Dr Lau Liak Koi with a majority of 676 votes.
Whereas, Lawas incumbent Henry Sum Agong maintained his seat after trouncing PKR candidate Japar Suyut by almost 8,000 votes.
