BN secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said this was because of the meticulous selection and screening having done by BN chairperson Najib Abdul Razak with regard to the candidates.
"From the feedback received, there're some disappointments but all these have been overcome through discussions," he told reporters in Putrajaya yesterday.
He said the opposition would be saying all kinds of things, including alleged dissatisfaction among some BN members, but this was only to be expected of the opposition.
"But I am confident that everyone concerned will accept the decisions made, moreover they have made the 'aku janji' (I pledge) with the party president," he added.
Tengku Adnan was also optimistic that the list of BN candidates for GE13 would bring better results than in the 2008 general election.
He also reminded all party members that disciplinary action would be taken against those who tried to sabotage the party.
