Sarawak PKR and DAP appear to be on a collision course over Miri and Stampin as both sides have vowed to field candidates for the two urban seats.

If neither party gives way, Miri and Stampin will likely be two of the few parliamentary seats in the whole country where PKR and DAP will face each other.

Yesterday afternoon, DAP had announced in Sibu that it would be contesting all urban seats in Sarawak and that their decision was final.
