The BN will add an automatic extension of leasehold residential land tenure in its manifesto for Selangor if it were to get the mandate at the polls, said state BN deputy director of election Mohd Zin Mohamed.

"We will work out on the detail tomorrow and we hope the manifesto will earn the trust of the people to return us back to power in Selangor," he told reporters during his walkabout in Dengkil today.

Mohd Zin, who is defending the Sepang parliamentary seat, said Selangor BN would honour the pledges made in the additional manifesto to ensure the state's peace, stability and prosperity if it were to helm the state after the 13th general election.

On Selangor BN's campaign, he said all BN candidates for the parliamentary and state seats presented pamphlets detailing their political, academic and career background to the people during walkabouts and house-to-house visits.

The pamphlets also detailed the projects implemented and responsibilities undertaken by federal government departments and agencies for the past five years in their respective constituency, he added.
