The Federal Territories Ministry will give out 5,000 free Touch n Go cards in conjunction with the Customer Service Day of the ministry and its agencies, from June 7 to 9.

Its secretary-general Adnan Md Ihksan said visitors can receive the cards at the ministry's customer service counters after filling up a survey form on quality of service, at Level 2 of the KL Sentral station.

"Operators of Touch n Go are the main partners of the programme and jointly involved in the Customer Rewards Programme," he said in a statement today.

Adnan said the programme that starts from 9am to 9pm would involve various agencies under the ministry like Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL), Putrajaya Corporation, Labuan Corporation, Federal Territory Land and Mines, Alam Flora, Touch n Go and several others.

He added that the programme would enable the people to provide feedback to the ministry about the quality of services rendered by the various agencies under the ministry.

During the programme many other recreational activities have also been organised, especially for children.
