The BN candidate who lost to Lajim Ukin in the 13th general election today filed an election petition to nullify the result for the Klias state constituency seat.

When met by reporters, Isnin Aliasnih said that the petition was filed at the Kota Kinabalu High Court at 1pm.

However, he declined to give any details on the petition and said he would issue a statement later.

Isnin, who is the Beaufort NONE Umno division head, lost to Lajim who contested on a PKR ticket.

Lajim ( right ) also filed an election petition to nullify the election result for the Beaufort Parliamentary seat.

Lajim, who arrived at the Kota Kinabalu High Court at 3pm, lost the parliamentary seat to the BN candidate Azizah Mohd Dun in the last election.
