Twenty-eight bodies of the bus tragedy victims that plunged into a ravine at Genting Highlands on Wednesday have been claimed by family members so far, according to a Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) spokesperson.

She said only nine bodies had yet to be claimed, including two that had yet to be identified.

As of yesterday, the HKL had issued a list of 35 names of victims killed in the accident.

In the Wednesday incident on a bus plummeted into a 60-metre ravine at Km3.5 Jalan Genting Highlands-Kuala Lumpur and killed 37 people, including the bus driver, while 16 others were injured.
