Former Malacca Chief Minister Mohd Ali Rustam today slammed Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for labelling him a ‘Nazi’ in a portal.
Former Malacca Chief Minister Mohd Ali Rustam today slammed Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for labelling him a ‘Nazi’ in a portal.
"Is it wrong for me to defend the constitution that protects the rights of the Malays, bumiputeras and Muslims, which the DAP is trying to abolish? He (Lim) should look at himself in the mirror," he said at the introduction session of Umno Supreme Council candidates and the wings in Kota Kinabalu today.
Lim (left) urged Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to act against Ali for “insulting” non-Malays if Najib is serious in upholding the aspirations of 1Malaysia.
Ali, the Umno vice-presidential candidate, said he was not surprised by the racist label given by the opposition because of his fight for the rights of the Malays and bumiputeras.
He said the allegations and ridicule did not deter him from fighting for the constitution, especially in defence of the rights of the Malays, bumiputeras and Muslims in this country.
