PARLIAMENT Two backbenchers today criticised the Coalition of Malaysian Non-Governmental Organisations (Comango) over its plan to submit human rights issues involving Malaysia to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) in Geneva which they said were in conflict with the federal constitution.
