Zahid would even tell you 1 + 1 = 3
YOURSAY 'Because Zahid spins and lies so much about so many issues, he cannot remember what lies he has said about which issue.'
'Zahid's PCA justification disputes police statistics'
Slumdog: Because Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi spins and lies so much about so many issues, he cannot remember what lies he has said about which issue.
Plus when he has half-past six, incompetent civil servant advisers who manipulate the statistics and don't even know what day of the week it is, there is no surprise that the rakyat will not get honest and true facts.
This results in him contradicting himself, big time. But at the end of the day as we have come to expect from Zahid, there will be more spin, aggressive rebuttal and threats.
YF: When he wants the Prevention of Crime Act (PCA) amendments, he says crime is on the rise, when he has gotten his PCA, he says crime has been falling.
Not Confused: Just like every other member of this intellectually-bankrupt government, Zahid Hamidi talks with both sides of his mouth at the same time, with a different story coming out of each side. What's new?
Nes: Ahmad Zahid will tell you 1+1 = 3 and will not give a damn whether you agree or not. This is what our government has degenerated to. Good luck, Malaysia.
Ex-top cop files suit against AG, ex-IGP and MACC
Abasir: These revelations by former commercial crime investigation department director (CCID) Ramli Yusuff underscores the extent of the corruption in the police force and the Attorney-General's (AG) Chambers.
Corruption here is defined as using position and power for personal advantage. This is just one reason the scumbags inside and outside the force are dead set against the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC).
In doing this, Ramli will not only serve notice on the incorrigibly corrupt that they cannot hide, he would receive the gratitude of thousands of others who have been wronged by the cabal.
My only concern is that Prime Minister Najib Razak and his paid goons will turn the pressure on him to back off, settle it quietly for the "sake of race and religion" and if that fails, get patently crooked lawyers like that statutory declarations specialist to come up with false declarations and retractions.
Cala: By filing a monster suit on the incorrectibles, former CCID director Ramli Yusuff provided us with empirical evidence on the following:
1) The lack of rule of law under the Umno-led BN regime
2) Rule by men, not of law
3) Absence of professionalism in various enforcement branches of the regime
4) Corrupt practices unchecked
Again and again, the proposed suit lends credence to author Barry Wain's argument that Mahathirism has wrecked havoc on Malaysia's socio-economic and political institutions where greed and personal interests prevail over public interests.
Headhunter: Why is it that a lot of bad things pertaining to the miscarriage of justice lead back to the front door of the AG? Isn't he as the AG supposed to protect those who are innocent and charge those who have committed crimes against the country and people?
Onyourtoes: I wouldn't say who was right and who was wrong. But I am glad all these "disputes" are coming out into the open.
One thing is clear - if the head of CCID could be subjected to all these abuses, what about people like the late former DAP aide Teoh Beng Hock?
Gerakan raps Soi Lek for seeking extra exco spot
Boiling Mud: Kedah Menteri Besar Mukhriz Mahathir said he would become the adopted state assemblyperson for Sungai Limau if BN wins the by-election. What he says seem to imply the running BN candidate in Sungai Limau is of no relevance but a proxy.
How does Ahmad Sohaimi feel about it? More relevant, would people in Sungai Limau vote in a candidate who has not much say on his constituency?
This MB says it best when he says nothing at all. First his constant barraging on the Chinese community and then the laughable about-turn, now this?
Onyourtoes: Mukhriz, don't be smug. Why must things only happen when you are around? Why must you be the adopted Adun before the people of Sg Limau get their benefits?
It shows concentration and abuse of power by the MB. You are the MB of Kedah, not of Sungai Limau or your Timbuktu constituency, got it?
Hermit: When five months have gone by since taking office, Mukhriz has not set any vision as a MB, what could the folks in Sungai Limau dream for? Mukhriz is a goner, a loser, like how he has lost even to the lame Hishammuddin Hussein for the Umno VP.
The way he is fighting for royalty on the river flowing from Kedah into Penang reflects the emptiness in his skull.
Anonymous #01428088: So there would be two BN state assemblypersons in Sungai Limau? Sounds great, the PM and DPM should also adopt this too.
Well Thats Fantastic: Wow! If there are more buy-elections, will Mukhriz also adopt those areas as well? If ever you needed a reason to not vote BN, here it is.
He is openly suggesting that they will give preference to one area at the expense of all other areas just to win a buy-election. Dr Mahathir Mohamad is right about money politics in BN and his son is the perfect example.
