DAP: First Umno, now MCA's blackmailing Chinese

Umno/BN is the king of divide and rule politics, king of corruption and a showcase of mismanagement and vindictive politics always putting the country under an atmosphere of fear by manufacturing successive threats and crisis to maintain power

Anonymous_40f4: The Election Commission (EC) claims the votes are secret so how come Chua and Umno can say they know if the Chinese voted for BN or PAS? The whole election process is a mockery of democracy with BN openly bribing voters with government money. The BN"s Election Commission says it is not illegal to bribe voters. And the BN candidate shamelessly claims during elections that BN always gives aid to people.

NeverAgain: RM1 million for 15 students - that shows the value of Chinese votes nowadays, even in a 93 percent Malay constituency.

Onyourtoes: I think the Chinese should demand that MCA change its name to something else because MCA is not Chinese, does not represent the Chinese and does not fight for the Chinese. It is a misnomer for MCA to claim they represent the Chinese. We did not vote or support you, don't you get it? I suggest they call themselves Moronic Crap Association instead.

And this MCA will never get it. We do not want ad hoc and piecemeal programmes whenever there is an election or by-election. We want long term policies and programmes that are fair and just to all.

The Chinese need no special privileges or assistance. Just give us our due, is that so difficult for morons like you to understand?

Hearty Malaysian: It is futile to use threats on the Chinese to get our votes. Can the Chinese stop paying income tax because we do not agree to BN's racial discrimination, and their punishing the Chinese for not blindly voting for them?

While there are some stupid Chinese who voted for BN, there are many Malays who had voted PKR, in GE13. Yet Umno continues to punish and threaten the Chinese after GE 13. We are not fooled by the small goodies you throw at us during the elections.

Anonymous_5fb: In a constituency with a 93% Malay majority, Umno, who claims to be a Malay protector party should win hands down without the Chinese voting for them. That they are so hard up for the Chinese vote means even the Malays are not voting for them.

Yet instead of blaming both the Malay and Chinese, Umno has singled out the Chinese voters for their defeat. You thought the Malays are fools or what?

Sakit Hati Ku: Do these Allah's chosen 'followers' in Umno have any intelligent means to win elections? Besides using haram money, the immoral way to cheat the electorate? Funny, Allah is standing by making us wonder what is up his sleeves to teach this corrupt lot a bitter lesson. Allah works in mysterious ways.

Haveagreatday: We'll know by the end of polling day whether the push for the Chinese votes will make a difference in Sg. Limau's results. Whatever the result, I hope the Chinese there will do as Seputeh MP Teresa Kok has advised, and send a clear signal to the Umnoputras. Show that corrupt outfit that the rakyat are made of sterner stuff.
