He said the state experienced 54 percent treated water loss compared to 35 percent at national level.
“The state government has allocated RM50 million this year for water supply maintenance works and hopes the matter could be handled more efficiently,” he told reporters in Temerloh today.
Members of the public had been urged to call Pengurusan Air Pahang (PAIP) at 09-5739999 to report any broken or leaking pipes, he said.
