He has 14 days from yesterday to appeal against the decision of the party to expel him for alleged indiscipline.

), who was approached during a break in the Sarawak state assembly sitting, initially said, “No comment at this stage” seven times.
He also said that he would want to be referred to as a DAP assemblyperson during the eight-day sitting of the assembly from yesterday as he had 14 days to submit his appeal.
At today’s sitting, Fong was seated in the opposition block.
DAP deputy chairperson Tan Kok Wai announced Fong’s expulsion from the party for alleged indiscipline in a statement issued yesterday in Kuala Lumpur.
