The Public Accounts Committee's (PAC) report on the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) controversy will be tabled next Tuesday after the new PAC line-up has endorsed the report, which was prepared by the previous committee.

PAC chairperson Nur Jazlan Mohamed told reporters after a PAC meeting today that the report, which fellow PAC member Tony Pua said will expose more juicy details on the RM250 million project, has been endorsed by the committee.

He also confirmed that Multimedia and Communications Minister Ahmad Shabery Cheek will not have his testimony tomorrow in front of the PAC telecast live because the committee did not receive a response from Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia over their request to amend the standing orders in order to allow the telecast.

"We did not receive a response from the speaker. So we need to follow up on this matter in the future," Nur Jazlan said.

The PAC today conducted a hearing with the Transport Ministry over the landing system of the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) and will have another hearing with the same ministry in January over the KLIA 2's long delayed construction.

Tomorrow , Ahmad Shabery, the former youth and sports minister, will meet the PAC at 11am to testify over the sponsorship, funding, and expenditure for the National Youth Day celebrations last year in Putrajaya, which cost RM27 million.
