Police have arrested two Singaporean men, aged 17 and 42, in connection with a police report lodged on Nov 8, 2013 by the web administrator of the Istana website.

In a statement, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) said the two suspects were arrested earlier today.
They will be charged in court tomorrow for an offence of unauthorised modification of computer material under Section 5(1) of the Computer Misuse and Cybersecurity Act, Chapter 50A, which carries a fine not exceeding S$10,000 or imprisonment for up to three years or both.
Subpages on the Istana website were hacked into on Nov 7.
