PARLIAMENT Two consecutive emergency motions to discuss the de-listing of national rice firm Bernas, owned by tycoon Syed Mokhtar Al Bukhari, from Bursa Malaysia by opposition MPs, including opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim, were shot down today, paving the way for the de-listing set for March 21.
