YOURSAY ‘Umno has robbed hundreds of years worth of our country's wealth.’

DPM: BN hundreds of years ahead of Pakatan

Boiling Mud: DPM Muhyiddin Yassin, what do you mean that BN is hundreds of years ahead of Pakatan Rakyat?

Does it refers to the “hundreds of years” of misrule, cruelty against people, mega corruption and wastage of public funds?

Surely BN did not take hundreds of years to achieve that. On the contrary, it only took a few years for Pakatan to build a tidy sum of state monetary reserves that was blatantly wasted and plundered by the previous state governments under BN.

Now, that is proof enough for other states to vote Pakatan in.

Mushiro: Look at the little experience that Lim Guan Eng and Khalid Ibrahim have and see how Penang and Selangor excel. Look at the 40 years experience Muhyidin has and see how our education standard has failed badly.

Headhunter: One can't really disagree with the DPM. When it comes to plundering the nation, instigating the racists and bigots and wasting our resources and sheer incompetence, no one can beat Umno-BN. Not even pariah states like North Korea and Zimbabwe.

Negarawan: Umno has robbed hundreds of years worth of our country's wealth, enough to last several future generations. Yes, Umno is well ahead of everyone else in this sense.

Ipohcrite: Muhyiddin, you are right, of course. Not only is BN hundreds of years ahead of Pakatan, but also similarly ahead of all these other countries.

That's why these countries are so jealous and unfairly condemn Malaysia over the MH370 episode. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised that these countries are all in cahoots with Pakatan. You're da man, Muhyiddin!

Ranjit Singh: We should ask ourselves, whether we are ahead of other people in this world. If the answer is ‘yes’, then DPM is absolutely correct.

Onyourtoes: Talking about experience and expertise, I think Umno-BN have developed stealing into fine art, privatisation into piratisation, wastage into habit, corruption into routine, incompetency into second nature and abuse of power into orgies.

As the country’s DPM, why do you have nothing to say to the public? Why only to a beholden group specially invited to listen to you?

Muhyiddin, you may be the nation’s DPM, but you can’t hold a candle to DAP leader Lim Kit Siang. That much I know.

Ksn: I hope the DPM reads all the comments here about his view that BN is hundreds of years ahead of Pakatan.

Yes, true but all that BN is ahead are the vices like corruption, abuses, absence of competence, absence of integrity, in short, absence of all the positive aspects of good governance.

It is to be recorded that the deterioration in all areas of nation building started with Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Umno since then did not have a leader who has the capability and the intention to reverse that wrong direction. Yes, we want change, which Umno is incapable of.

ACR: Experience is meaningless if you sat on your bum for that 30 or 40 years doing the same routine day in day out. In BN's case it means practising corruption - an area BN leaders have mastered.

We only need to look at Khalid's track record in Selangor to know the rubbish this DPM just spoke.

Fair Play: Here is an insightful analysis about experience. Two executives were employed in a very large commercial organisation. Let's call them A and B.

A, the much older one, has been with the company for 25 plus years. B, on the other hand, joined five years ago.

One day, during a management meeting, A tried to ridicule B by saying that he was much more experienced and knowledgeable by virtue of his longer years in service.

B retorted by saying while he acknowledged the length of service, A doing the same job for over 25 years is actually ‘one year experience repeated over 24 years’.

On the other hand, he (B) has been transferred to four different jobs within the last five years, and therefore he has far more experience.

So dear DPM, is 50 plus years of more of the same you considered as BN 'hundred' years of experience?

Peacemaker: Sure, BN has had a head start in many areas of expertise. Most notably corruption, racism and nepotism.

Anonymous#007: When all else fails, threaten voters into voting for you by reminding them how 'fragile' their jobs in the government could be.

This Umno deputy president at least said one thing right: BN has been in power for over 50 years but has stolen/squandered 100 years’ worth of the rakyat's money and resources.

Whatsup: Hundreds of years ahead in cheating, lies, greed, corruption, bullying rakyat, racism, bigotry, mediocrity, fabrication of evidence, having judges eat from your hands, cronyism, etc - and hundreds of offences too.
