The Selangor government said the Water Services Industry Act (WSIA) will not be used since the two water concessionaires Puncak Niaga Sdn Bhd (Puncak Niaga) and Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) have agreed to the state's takeover terms.
