Sosma detainees denied laywers, says Suaram
Those detained and charged under the Security Offences Special Measures Act (Sosma) recently were denied access to legal representation by police, Suaram says.
It said that a lawyer provided by the NGO was not informed that one of the detainees was to be charged, and when asked, police concealed information on the charging of two others under Sosma.
