The Form Three Assessment Examination (PT3), which will be conducted from this July 1 until Oct 17, is more concise and comprehensive compared to the Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) that is previously implemented.

Second Education Minister Idris Jusoh said the PT3 results would also contain four pages of asessment from the student's various aspects while the PMR results only involved one page that recorded the result of the subjects taken.

Through the forthcoming PT3 the form three students would obtain four types of assessment on the overall result, description of the subject results, physical activities' administrative report, sports and co-curriculum (PAJSK) and psychometric report related to one's interest and inclination.

"Parents and guardians can see for themselves their children's overallperformance, which is not purely focusing on the achievement on each subject," he told reporters in Besut today.

He was confident that parents and guardians would be more satisfied with the PT3 results that replaced the PMR this year.
