Zul, too, fails to see the racist elephant

YOURSAY ‘Zul is one who is out to create hatred among the races.’

Zul Noordin: Haul up the extremists

The Mask: Former MP Zulkifli Noordin, let me help you with the list of those who spew racial and religious hatred.

The two reporters who went into a church to take the holy sacrament and spat it out later; the people who went into the Bible Society of Malaysia building and confiscated all the bibles; the people who refused to obey the directives of the attorney-general (AG); those who gate crashed a Hindu wedding and detained the bride; those who snatched a dead body during a funeral ceremony; those who called Chinese and Indians as ‘pendatangs’; those who insulted the Hindu dieties.

Now Zul, you give me your list. Just one will do. Otherwise, shut up.

Kingfisher: Zul has obviously forgotten his primary school ‘peribahasa’: ‘...gajah depan mata tak nampak.’

It is narrow mindedness like his that is driving this country to ruin. You cannot go around threatening the population with reminders of May 13. The failure in governance after 50 years of your dominant leadership and the possibility a class war among the Malays is not the fault of the non-Malays.

In fact all indicators are that the non-Malays who have been in alliance with you have been subordinate to you and have catered to your needs.

Why look for scapegoats? And why foster conflict when everyone will eventually lose. Don't take for granted that the instruments of power in the country will support the likes of you and the DPM.

Tholu: “These chauvinists have been lucky so far because the Malay-Muslims are still patient and willing to compromise in accordance with the teachings of Islam which emphasises on peace and unity,” said Zul.

He is one of the top three on the list of dangerous extremists along with Ibrahim Ali of Perkasa and Isma president Abdullah Zaik Abdul Rahman.

By his statement above, he has clearly conceded that, although a Muslim that he claims he emphasises on peace and unity, he is prepared to breach the Islamic teachings if further provoked.

So which is which, Zul, you keep your calm no matter how much the Malays and Islam are "insulted, criticised and degraded" or retaliate violently against the “chauvinists”?

So DPM Muhyiddin Yassin's May 13 recurrence possibility threat was not religious and racial extremism and did not threaten the peace and security of the nation, but Penang DCM II P Ramasamy’s chiding of Muhyiddin is?

Stan: Zul is right about one thing. The Muslims in this country have been amazingly patient despite their religion being insulted and degraded.

However, those responsible for this are not the non-Muslims as claimed by him but rather Muslims like him and the man from Isma who by their very words and action bring disrepute to their religion.

Imanust Nais Yalam: “For how long can Malays and Muslims be patient in seeing their religion, race, country and rulers being insulted, criticised and degraded?” asked Zul.

My question, "For how long can Malays and Muslims be patient to allow their religion, race, country and rulers be used to insult, criticise and degrade others?"

The answer to both questions is the same.

CHKS: Reminder, watch this video where Zul Nordin humiliates Hindus.

Who is the extremist who must hauled up?

RR: Zul, there are no extremists among the non-Malays. Over the last 45 years, only the corrupted politicians who exploited their own race for self-enrichment were criticised by all ordinary folks, including the Malays.

This is not extremism, only good advice for improvement for the sake of the country. The rulers or Islam were never criticised by the non-Malays except for a few Malays who have been doing it, including Dr Mahathir Mahathir.

So what extremism you are talking about?

Gggg: I think we should set up a royal commission to determine the real cause of the unfortunate event (May 13, 1969) to determine who the real culprit was.

I am sure Zul will support it since he is the one saying it was DAP which was responsible. Would he be a man enough to demand for a royal commission?

Keturunan Malaysia: I remember a naughty student in my class once upon a time.

He was sitting at the back and tried to throw a crumpled piece of paper at the head of another boy a few desks in front of himself but he missed and instead the crumpled paper landed near the feet of our form teacher.

When our form teacher questioned who threw the crumpled paper, he pointed at another boy sitting beside him and said, "He always like to throw things, sir... ". Of course, he was found out and got a couple of ruler strokes on both his palms.

As for Zul, he should be tied to a busy street lamp post with a placard hanging round his neck that reads in bold block letters, "I am a racist."

Anonymous_3e86: Zul is one who is out to create hatred among the races. This is so evident. But the rakyat isn't responding to his taunting. There isn't going to be any racial riot.
