Teng using naked people to grab Penang
YOURSAY 'As state BN leader, does Teng not have more credible issues to raise?'
BN continues to pin nudist fiasco on CM
RKR: I don't think the organisers of this nude event sent an application to the Teluk Bahang Park's advisory board to seek permission to hold a nudist camp.
They probably went there, like any other campers, to register at the office of the park, and then once inside the park took off their clothes and kicked off their activities.
So does it matter who or how many state or federal officers sit on this board? Or does it mean that if this board consists of all federal officers, this thing would not have happened? How silly of Penang BN chairperson Teng Chang Yeow.
Al Red: So, what's the big fuss here? Even if the state government does have a say in the management of the park, it just means that Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng was not factually accurate in saying that the park is completely under the jurisdiction of the federal government, but I believe it is an honest oversight on his part and it certainly does not show that the nudist event was organised by the state government.
If anything, the focus should be on the forest ranger for failing to report the event to the authority.
Old Timer: Teng, why are you making such a big fuss over this nudist event? Are you doing this because Umno asked you to?
The whole event seems so suspicious. Why should this bunch of people want to upload something they know they would get themselves into trouble?
Were they also paid by Umno funds to discredit the Penang government? Was it part of an Umno smear campaign?
Before the general election, you made so much noise about DAP in Penang and nothing came out of it. You remind me of a headless chicken running in circles.
SusahKes : Teng has a propensity to miscalculate his political moves, from organising the Psy concert to entice voters to return to Umno-BN in the last GE, and now this.
As the state BN leader, does he not have more credible issues to raise, rather than sniping at the Pakatan government for what is practically a minor issue when compared to the way the entire country is managed by his Umno-BN cadre?
I wonder if Prime Minister Najib Razak, when he reviews Teng's performance, would still want to retain Teng as state BN chairperson.
It is very obvious to even the most neutral observer that Teng does not know how to pick and choose his political battles.
Anonnona: Teng represents the culture of Gerakan and MCA. Instead of using their brains to make the BN government a good and progressive government, they use their energy to think of ways to run down DAP, hoping that voters will not mind the shortcomings of the BN government as long as they can make the DAP government look worse.
What a very negative attitude.
Yours and My Malaysia: Selangor BN uses the MB issue to try to grab back the state. In Penang, they want to use naked people. What kind of politicians do we have?
Nazri: Nude sports pro-Umno blogger 'stupid'
JustAMalaysian: When Tourism and Culture Minister Nazri Abdul Aziz meets Lim and they appear to be comfortable with each other, it is because they are mature politicians who can work together for the common good of our beloved country.
They are professional in their individual capacities, one as minister of culture and tourism and the other as chief minister of Penang. We must think and behave as Malaysians and not let partisan politics take hold of our everyday lives.
To the pro-Umno blogger who talked and wrote rubbish, I have only pity for you. What a shallow mind.
Rubystar_4037: Nazri, I am loving you more and more by the day because of the recent things you have said, did. Or didn't do, like jump on the bandwagon to whack all and sundry who are not with BN. Please keep up all the good work. I salute you, sir.
Jaguh: This fiasco should end now. We have some nature lovers who want to go 'green'. We are all born naked. If the video offended people, don't watch it. There are millions of nude Youtube uploads every day.
Why condemn these nature lovers? Did they flash at people? For those who don't share their hobby, just shut up and move on.
AkuMelayuIslam: Everybody is so stupid - it is not BN or Pakatan's fault. Why does everything have to relate to politics?
Just go after these people who broke the law and drag them to court. What's so difficult?
Factnot fiction: We should spend more time to fight corruption in this country. A few nudists won't destroy the country, but corruption will.
