Ferdtan: PAS' Nik Mohamad Abduh Nik Aziz’s comment on "international conspiracy" to oust PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang and undermine the party's syura council is one big joke.

In fact I was looking for the punchline, but no; Nik Abduh is dead serious.

Is Nik Abduh for real? Is he having hallucinations that his party president, an insignificant person on the world stage, is under international attack? By whom? Zionists? The United States?

I think the Election Commission (EC) must pass an amendment to the EC rule; before one contests as a candidate in state or parliamentary seat, he or she must go through a psychoanalytic test by qualified psychiatrists.

If madness is not determined, then at least it may show stupidity.

Dire Straits: Perhaps, to Nik Abduh, anything beyond the borders of Kelantan is "international". That should account for his "international idiocracy".

Adsertor: How can PAS be the strongest component of Pakatan Rakyat when it held the least number of parliamentary seats - 21 versus 30 by PKR and 37 by DAP? It is even weaker now after its betrayal of Pakatan in the Selangor MB crisis.

There is no external conspiracy - only PAS dishonouring its election promise to abide by the principles and commitments of Pakatan and betraying the mandate of the rakyat through conspiring with Umno to form the state government of Selangor.

Anonymous_3f4b: PAS is a gone case as far as the non-Muslim voters are concerned. With that the dream of Pakatan to unseat Barisan Nasional remains just that, a dream.

Without PAS, the battle for the Malay Muslim votes especially in the interior will be between Umno and PKR. Umno has the upper hand in view of its extensive network.

DAP is zilch in these areas and as usual will only contest in the handful of urban areas with a sizeable non-Malay population. That is not enough to wrest control of government. The battle for the Malay votes will go to Umno in a three-pronged fight with PAS and PKR.

Alternatively, PAS may rejoin Umno and form a Malay-Muslim majority which will form the government easily, but will have to contend with the non-Malay Muslim parties in the wider Barisan whose interests cannot be compromised to accommodate PAS.

In other words, PAS is playing a losing game and it will be better for them to join IS (Islamic State) which they adore and praise to fight for a Muslim caliphate in the deserts of the Middle East.

Myrights: What progress is Nik Abduh talking about? The only progress that PAS made is losing states they held for a single term, like Terengganu and Kedah, which they only won because of Pakatan's moderate Muslims and non-Muslim supporters.

Now, after the Selangor backstab and with PAS ulama leaders showing their true colours, we now know that PAS cannot be trusted as long as the ulamas are in power.

So take heed, PAS and Pakatan. We will not be cheated twice. Indeed the Selangor case was a blessing in disguise for the people. This is not an "international conspiracy" but a "national awakening" of the people.

Fair&Just: This Bolehland culture is quite unique in the world. Perhaps some knowledgeable fellas can enlighten us whether there are also some similar cultures elsewhere on planet Earth.

These people are quite self-inflating and like to shout “best democracy”, and when things aren't in their favour they would blame conspiracy, give excuses and opt out of surveys like the Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

This is as if the whole world owes them respect, special rights, recognition, etc, which normal people know have to be earned and are not given free.

Fair Play: As I said before, the human mind is the ultimate form of biological engineering. But it's also the most vulnerable in the physical and psychological sense. Keep repeating a lie and soon enough, the mind would accept it as the gospel truth.

Now, there is this 'international' conspiracy to stop PAS because it would emerge the strongest political party in Malaysia and, by extension, rule the nation.

My question: Where is PAS’ power base? Of course in the rural Malay Malaysian heartland which is also the 'hunting ground' of Umno.

Now why isn't Umno the least bit worried? And why are they so hell-bent in destroying PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim regardless of the collateral damage?

But the good news is that every PAS member would believe what Nik Abduh said. And herein lies the primary reason PAS would implode eventually.

Gth: Yet another voice from under the ‘tempurong’ (coconut shell). If the aim of joining a coalition is to be the strongest among the partners, then PAS might as well get out. PAS will then be alone and the strongest without any other to compare with.

Kangkung: PAS' metamorphosis into another Umno is happening right before our eyes. Indeed, their arrogance and delusion is so similar to Umno’s.
