Several parts of Seremban will experience a 24-hour water supply disruption beginning 8am on Oct 14 due to Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) maintenance works at the Sungai Terip Water Treatment Plant near Seremban.

The areas that will be affected are Seremban town, Seremban 2, Taman Nusari Bayu, Taman Nusari Aman, Seremban 3, Temiang, Templer, Light Industry Templer, Lobak, Jalan Rasah, Mambau, Tuanku Jaafar Hospital Seremban, KPJ Specialist Hospital, Columbia Hospital, Mawar Haemodialysis Center, Templer Chinese Maternity Hospital, Batu 1 Jalan Kuala Sawah to Taman Angsa Mas (Mambau), Jalan Labu, Taman Desa Rhu and Taman Warisan Puteri (Sikamat), Ampangan, Paroi, Senawang, Rahang, Sg Gadut industrial area, Taman Tuanku Jaafar and Taman Seremban Selatan.

Syarikat Air Negri Sembilan Sdn Bhd (Sains) assistant manager (Corporate Communication Unit) Norzita Ismail said contingency measures would be taken if the water supply disruption exceeded 24 hours.

"They include sending of water tanker lorries and placement of static water tanks at Rasah Kemayan, Mantau Indah and Pelegong, Labu Batu 8,” she said in a statement today.
