The Gagau-Menjejak Dinosaur Expedition 2014 carried out by the Mineral and Geoscience Department and Malaysian Geological Heritage Group (KWGM) has led to the discovery of a dinosaur fossil around Mount Gagau in Kenyir Lake, Hulu Terengganu.
