All airports operated by Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) in the east coast are still operating normally despite the current flood situation.

The airports are the Sultan Ismail Petra Airport in Kota Baru, Kelantan; Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport in Kuantan, Pahang, and Sultan Mahmud Airport in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.

In a statement, the airport operator said there has been no flight cancellation up to this moment at all three airports.

“MAHB is monitoring the situation closely and will make the necessary announcement if the situation changes,” it added.
