Rosmah: Hubby and I lose sleep due to Mat Rempit

Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and his wife are often robbed of a good night's sleep due to illegal motorcycle races near the couple's private home in Kuala Lumpur.
PM's wife Rosmah Mansor said this is why there should be more youth programmes to address social issues.
"My home in Kuala Lumpur is by the road side and in the middle of the night we can hear motorcycles going very fast.
"It goes on for very long so people must be racing in the middle of the road...
"We really must do something because Najib and I cannot sleep because of the noise. It's fine if it is in the afternoon but this is at 2am," she lamented.
She was speaking at Kem Perkasa Remaja at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia today, reported KiniTV .
Rosmah said even though the motorcyclists are a nuisance, there is still hope for them.
With enough determination, they can change to become better persons, she added.
"We should not give up hope on them, they are under our care and are not hopeless kids. You are not hopeless kids," she stressed.
First public function
This is Rosmah's first public function since the prime minister's controversial family holiday overseas.
The PM was forced to cut his holiday short after a week when floods at home worsened, but his family stayed abroad.
The family had travelled to Hawaii using the official jet, but Najib returned on a commercial plane.
The jet was then tracked landing in Indianapolis, Los Angeles, New York, London, Dubai and Bangkok before returning to Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
The Prime Miniter's Office clarified the official jet was not ferrying Najib's family and did not send Najib home due to technical issues.
PMO did not explain the many stops made by the jet.
